Jo Griffiths

…has experience in mentoring and teaching mindfulness to children in primary schools. Jo has also worked with children and young people in Churches and Local Authority contexts. She is passionate about nurturing spiritual growth in children and enabling others to do the same. She sees her role in training Children’s and Families Workers at Ridley Hall Theological College in Cambridge and online as the perfect way to do this. Jo has three grown up children and lives in Enfield with her husband Steve who is a Vicar. Jo enjoys spending holidays in Somerset and walking her dog Jess across Exmoor.
