Paul Butler
…Bishop of Durham, has been actively involved in children’s ministry of various kinds throughout his ministry. He is President of Scripture Union and an author. In 2005 the Archbishop of Canterbury invited him to become an ‘advocate for children’ on behalf of the Church of England’s bishops, and he is the Lead Bishop on Safeguarding nationally. He is father to 4 adult children and very excited that all of them engage in children and young people’s ministry too.
