BOOKINGS NOW OPEN
Prebook your ministry MOT, select who you would like to meet with and then the time you would like to meet. If you prefer, you can also book your slot when you arrive at the conference. Go to the Ministry MOT station by the entrance to the cafe and book your own Ministry MOT. Spaces are limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
BOOKINGS NOW OPEN
We have a lot of options at the conference and encourage you to look at the programme and the seminars to select your options.
If you would like to attend one of the specialist tabletop options, you can now reserve your space. Spaces in these sessions are limited to 15 people to allow all delegates to participate and ask questions relevant to their situation.
Topics include:
– Why become a school governor
– Helping refugee children
– Parenting as a church leader
– Writing your Sunday School resources
– Responding to baby loss
These sessions run alongside all the other seminar options throughout the conference. Other than the tabletop sessions you do not need to prebook any seminars and you can follow a theme, a stream and make your own bespoke programme. We encourage you to plan one of the breakout sessions to visit our 50 exhibitors.

We know how important food is. That’s why we have three different options available.
(If you have been with us before, we are not providing food vouchers for delegates, instead you will be able to buy food from one of our three food outlets).
We know you (or your church) are making a significant investment to be with us this weekend. We encourage you to add a bit more to your budget to come ready to buy resources from the bookshop and exhibition. Invest in yourself. This is a unique opporuntity, having joined us, make the most of it!
Practical info
There is free parking at the venue. When this fills up there are many other parking options. The stewards at the gate will assist you to find a place.
The conference begins at 2pm (doors open at 1:30pm) on Friday and ends at 1pm on Sunday.

Free spaces for leaders
Bring your senior church leader along for free. Simply email their name and your booking reference to info@handinhandconference.com and we will send you a complementary ticket for the whole conference.
Ministry MOTs
To book your 1:1 session scroll to the bottom of the box, select the person you would like to meet with and choose a time. You will need to click through the different days of the conference to see availability. If there are no slots available, choose another person.
