Three food options at the conference:
All our vendors have vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options subject to availability.
1. Restaurant area will be serving meals for £11.95.

Full range of breakfast, hotdogs, beef burgers, chicken burgers, vegetarian burgers, and chips with a selection of toppings.

Serving a selection of sandwiches, snacks and drinks.
This year we are not providing food passes for our delegates. Instead you will be able to buy on from one of the above outlets on the day.
Accommodation
There are many hotels and air B&B rooms available close the conference venue.

We are working to gather with the Mercure Birmingham West Hotel which is a 6 mins drive to the Bethel Convention centre.
They are offering all delegates for the Hand In Hand Conference between 6-8th February 2026 a rate of £89 for a single occupancy room and £99 for a double occupancy room per night both with bed and breakfast if you mention the Hand in Hand Conference on booking. ( first come first served)
